Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
When I plug the battery in, it says estimating, but it never shows how long it will take until the battery is charged. It does tell me how long I have until it runs out of power when unplugged, but not how long till charged when plugged in.
This is on an Acer Aspire One D255

I have a similar problem with my Acer Aspire One AO722. When the battery is charging, it never goes from "calculating" to an actual calculation for when it will be done. If I run cat /proc/acpi/ battery/ BAT1/state I get:
present: yes
capacity state: ok
charging state: charging
present rate: 0 mA
remaining capacity: 2846 mAh
present voltage: 11952 mV
Note that it stays at 0mA charging all the time. Eventually it finishes charging then changes to charged. But the present rate never changes from 0mA.
