Bug Description
In Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, the battery level never works correctly.
When charging, this icon is expected to change to show how full the battery is, ranging for 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100. But it always shows 20
The battery level should change during charging, but it is still on 20%.
