Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Clock applet version 2.16.1
1. (Live in Finland ;-)
2. Use Ubuntu in English
3. Click on the clock applet
4. Notice that weeks in the calendar start from Sunday
5. Notice that this cannot be changed from preferences
6. Feel confused
7. Make mistakes over and over again because the calendar does not seem intuitive to you, as it is different from every calendar you have ever used.

Clock Applet version 2.16.2, confirmed.
I feel the same way (living in Hungary, using English-speaking Ubuntu).
