Bug Description

While dragging a file, you should be able to hover it over "places" and have that open up then you can drop it into any of the places shown. Also you should be able to drag and drop files into the ubuntu one icon, and because the file icon is bigger then the ubuntu one icon it is hard to tell where you all, some text should appear below the mouse such as "Drop into ubuntu one" or "drop into Documents"
