Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Since the order of my panel items often gets lost (which is a different bug),
I often have to rearrange many of them at once. In this case, unlocking/locking all of them one-by-one is tedious.

Upstream, this is http:// bugzilla. gnome.org/ show_bug. cgi?id= 114160 "Lock all or lock entire panel".
(Btw., how can I enter the upstream bug URL in launchpad, s.t. upstream is tracked here?)
