Make windows translucent when hovering over the "show desktop" button

If the desktop effects are enabled, I think it would be a good usability improvement to make all windows translucent when the cursor is hovered on the "show desktop" button.

I think it is a small feature request for one package so it is probably wrong at https://brainstorm.ubuntu.com. However, I am not sure if this is assigned to the right package. Since desktop effects are related to compiz this is maby the better package.

It would probably require changes in both. The show-desktop applet is part of the panel.
