STEPS:
1. Download the 15.10 iso
2. Burn to dvd
3. Boot it on a non uefi system
4. Tap a button when the keyboard icon appears
5. Select a language
6. Hit f5 select screenreader
7. Hit enter
8. Move the menu item down to install
9. Get to the first page of the installer
EXPECTED:
I expect to hear orca announce the page
ACTUAL:

Also I couldn't reproduce the issue with a virtual cd in kvm, and 14.04 daily live dvd on the same hardware the screenreader works |
