Passphrase prompt is focused but looks like it isn't

Bug Description
gpg 1.4.3, Ubuntu 6.10, metacity 2.16.3
When the "Please enter the passphrase" prompt appears, it is focused (typing the passphrase and pressing Enter works). But unless it is clicked it has the frame of an unfocused window, which is misleading.
This bug did not occur in Ubuntu 6.06.1.
