Language trubbels after an update from ubuntu

After some updates from Ubuntu now the language is chanced in German instead of English. Also the P50595 isn't stil working. :( But that is an other issue.
I am using Lucid and the latest version of Me TV

Are you telling me that the display language for all your programs is English except for Me TV which is in German?

The display language is Dutch and when no Dutch is affable I use English. German is used for Me TV and some installations are done in synaptic in German.

What is the exact version you are using (1.1.2 or 1.1.7 or 1.2) ?

What is the language of your Ubuntu installation ? from your comment, I understand it's dutch right ?

How did you installed me-tv (from source, synaptic, PPA) ?

Is the update is from karmic to lucid (upgrade) or just the day to day update ?

From your last post, I understand that the display language is in Dutch and when Dutch is not available, English is use. So instead of "file, view, video, ..." you have "Datei, Ansicht, Bild, ...". Is that right ?

Is the P50595 you are referring to a "Freecom USB dvb-t" ? if yes, there is a lot of info on the web and seem to work under ubuntu. Just google: "freecom usb dvb-t ubuntu"

Also dpkg is now in German to. :( Is it an virus?;)
