no more minimize shortcut

Until Lucid, there is a shortcut (ctrl+alt+D) to minimize all windows (and show desktop). It is not in shortcuts anymore.

Have you tried pressing 'WIN' + d ? this should do the job for you.

@Kamus thanks for the hint. Indeed it works, but the bug remains: I can't customize the shortcut.
