[Regression] gnome-appearance-properties doesn't show the path to wallpapers anymore

Bug Description

Up until Intrepid (at least, never used Jaunty), it was easy to find out what the location of the wallpapers in the Background tab of gnome-appearance-properties are.
You just had to hover your mouse pointer over the wallpaper and you got a tooltip (screenshot attached).

Obviously a upstream design decision and still observable
in "Impish" so marking the Papercuts task as "Wont Fix"
