[Regression] gnome-appearance-properties doesn't show the path to wallpapers anymore

Bug Description

Up until Intrepid (at least, never used Jaunty), it was easy to find out what the location of the wallpapers in the Background tab of gnome-appearance-properties are.
You just had to hover your mouse pointer over the wallpaper and you got a tooltip (screenshot attached).

The issue you are reporting is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers of the software by following the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME. Obviously a upstream design decision and still observable
in "Impish" so marking the Papercuts task as "Wont Fix"
