Keyboard navigation can't get back to the sidebar

Bug Description

1) Ubuntu 19.10
2) 1:3.34.1-1ubuntu2
3) Press up or down to select menu item on side bar. Press right to show item screen. Press up or down to select items on item screen. Press enter to change item slider setting. Press left arrow to switch back to side bar.
4) Unable to navigate settings app with arrow keys.

Thank you for your bug report. What software are you speaking about? What screen is that? Could you make a screenshot showing what UI you are speaking about there?

I can use the up or down arrow keys to select an item on the list. Once the item is selected, if I press the right arrow key, the selected item screen is not displayed. If I click the selected item with the mouse, the selected item screen is displayed.

I think there's *some* keyboard navigation missing but it's mostly there.

Can someone please describe exactly what's missing for 20.04?

Although you can initially move up and down the sidebar menu with the up/down arrow keys once you have entered the right hand panel you can't get back to the sidebar. Your sidebar option remains highlighted but the up/down arrows have no effect.

As the tab key can also be used to enter the right hand panel then logically I think that shift-tab should also get you back to navigating the sidebar but it doesn't.
