Bug Description
1. Open gnome-control-
2. Go to Sounds (or Keyboard).
3. This is what you get in terminal:

Hi, I have this error after upgrade from ubuntu 13.04 to ubuntu 13.10 beta. The gnome panel disappeared and the system is quite unstable.
