Installation has error: k3dsurf.desktep

This is an error during the installation. I was using synaptic to do an upgrade (to 0.4.12-0ubuntu1). I get the following output in the details:

When I try to reconfigure Add/Remove::
$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure gnome-app-install

Then when I try to start it::
