Bug Description
It would be great if we could drag files out of GAJ.
Possible use cases:
Mark is bringing a slideshow presentation to work. He opens up GAJ, scrolls to the time he created it, and drags it to his flash drive.
Peter is talking to Paul via Empathy, and wants to share a file related to their project that he worked on earlier.
He opens GAJ, quickly finds the file among the ones he was working with at the time, and drags it to the chat window, initiating the transfer.

i've a doubt: if the file that i want to drag doesn't exists anymore what should GAJ have to do?
* show an error;
* nothing (fail silently)????
And what should GAJ have to do when the user drags folder(in case of bzr events) , webpage, chat conversations, or anything else different from a normal "file"(music, text, document, pdf, photos, ....)??
In case of folders, we can copy them...but in the others cases?
