Bug Description

gnocchi metricd occassionally throws following error (no traceback or anything else to debug):

Exception AttributeError: AttributeError("'module' object has no attribute 'errno_to_exception'",) in 'cradox.__aio_complete_cb' ignored

using pycradox 1.3.0 and this branch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/464705

    ceph: fix errno_to_exception

    We are using an internal API of rados.

    This change removes its usage.
