386 deb build is available here http://gnaural.sourceforge.net/download/ but also source which can be used to build on e.g. Karmic and Lucid and can be used to create debs. Please package latest version for Ubuntu (now May 2010).

I agree, gnaural should be in the official universe repository. It is a free and very interesting software.
At least an official PPA would be nice.
