Bug Description
The current skinning method that I am working on is not flexible enough. It does not allow scripts to be run where and when they want to be, so I will move back to the original skinning system (that there was nothing wrong with!) and will add multiple skinning availability to it.
The system which this current system will involve including 3 files (head.php, header.php and footer.php) and the developer of applications can include them wherever they like, there is no restrictions.
