Bug Description

I'm using gmixer on Fedora 11 and I have no tray icon. The app remains running when the window is closed. I assume this is the normal behavior, but the tray icon is not visible. No errors on the console or in .xsession-errors.

LP wont add me the URL of the Fedora bug report because it doesn't know gmixer as source package in Bugzilla. So here is the URL: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=521915

After digging in the depth of the internet, I found that out that one needs to run "gmixer -D" to get the tray icon. This really should be documented somewhere *inside* the tarball.

Meanwhile a fix for Fedora was released: We added another desktop file and installed it to /etc/xdg/autostart. While I was at it, I also added German translations.
