Keryboard dB incremental steps to large

More feature request than bug report really, but I find the dB incremental steps way to large when using the multimedia keyboard keys functionality of gmixer. Looking at alsamixer while pressing the keys it goes like: 0 - 16 - 31 - 47 - 63 - 78 - 94 - 100 (I guess these numbers are in percentage). Anyway I find these steps way to big and would like a configuration option so I could e.g. get a 2 dB increase/decrease per one keypress.

Hello. I've created the patch that adds '--volkeys-update-step' command line option.

Example usage:
gmixer -d --volkeys-update-step=2

Default value is 10.
