No support for encrypted emails

In the CLI component, it should be possible to cut encrypted messages if the user has the GPG key. The syntax would be something like:
  gmimecut --pgp-userid <email address hidden> <email> [mime-parts]

There is already an example of how to work with encrypted messages in the GMime examples, so implementing this shouldn't be hard. However, since I'm not sure that this is actually a useful feature, and I don't use GPG, I probably won't be implementing this any time soon.
