Notifier mail icon should change colors after new mail notification

Bug Description
With evolution, when there is new mails, the mail icon change to blue (or green, can't remember).
It would be great if gm-notify could do the same, because when you miss the notification you can quickly check the mail icon without having to pull down the menu.
