Bug Description
As a followup to issue #489776, the S/R dialog works nicely now, but when you get to the second dialog, you have to click "Skip/Next" manually to get the system to search for the first occurrence of the search term and scroll it into view. Ideally, this should be done automatically. When that second dialog is first launched, it should already have the first hit highlighted and scrolled into view.

Also note that if when the second dialog first comes up, but before you click on Replace/Next or Skip/Next, clicking on Quit does nothing. Obviously, you should be allowed to quit the operation before you click on any other buttons. I'm mentioning this here, instead of logging a new bug, because the two issues are probably related.
