Bug Description
If we pursue the stand-alone version, we should make it possible to override preferences by setting flags in the invocation command. This will allow us to send Glyphicus to users in a way that is already set up for a particular project. For example, instead of prompting for the host, and user and password stuff when the program is launched, those could be provided in a launch script, so that Glyphicus makes the necessary connections without the user having to type it all in.
This is a less important feature than some of the others, but would greatly simplify the kinds of things Brent is trying to do.
