Bug Description

Dictionaries need to be imported into glot so they may be searched. More details to come.

I would like to see the following formats have importers. Priority is given to the most different formats (encapsulating different kinds of information) as that will help us find a database format that is most flexible. Also, considering that both (or all 3) developers of glot speak Japanese, preference might be given to formats with Japanese resources (for testing).

1. edict/cedict(or cc-cedict)/jmdict (note that edict and cedict are / delimited, jmdict is xml, but they hold similar information)
2. UTX
3. wadoku (another edict variant. wadoku is for jpn-deu, and contains some interesting fields)
4. .dic (PDIC)
5. LKB Lexicons

Each importer should be in a separate module (ie. file). Perhaps we should have a directory in the source tree that can contain these. These importers should be plugins, so we may need to migrate them when we have a proper plugin architecture.
