Unit tests need to address current DB schema

Bug Description

The unit tests are outdated and do not reflect the current db schema.

These should be updated so that a proper test can be run to test the database functionality.

These tests should not only evaluate all relevant features (insertion, deletion, lookups) but how it handles multiple dictionaries (whether mutually exclusive, overlapping, identical) or no dictionaries.

I updated the unit tests and the glotdb.py code so the unit tests all pass. I'm not closing this bug because the unit tests are still incomplete (don't cover all features).
