Bug Description

Users can't change setting when they are using the GTK+ theme. If we completely remove the settings dialog as I suggested in bug #608666 then there will be no visible GUI for changing settings.

It should be avoided IMO. It's not very discoverable in this context
(a video playing). Plus you would be surprised how many people don't
right click.

Right click is not an intuitive action to tweak the settings of a program, it usually refers to the thing you are right clicking on, not the program itself. I'd say the bug is valid for GTK+ or there should be no GTK+ at all since the preview should look different than opening the file using a standard program.
