Remove the settings window

Using 0.4.5ppa233

We have 3 options in that little window. Perhaps a better solution would be to simply have a sub menu for those settings with checkboxes so you never leave the gears menu. What do you think Jordi, Daniel?

I'm not sure if it even needs to be a submenu, could probably add a sep and make it part of the menu.

This is even better. Make the Settings bold and indent the options + a
separator(s). We should also curb the number of options. There is
really no need for Blog; Quit should only appear when there is no
window borders. About, Report a Problem and Donate could be folded
under a Help menu (I think in this case it would be better to have
them as a submenu just so that the gears menu doesn't fell cluttered).
