Bug Description
This bug is easy to reproduce.
1. Make a video or an image fullscreen.
2. Move your mouse over the floating toolbar and then let the toolbar dissappear.
3. Move the mouse inside where the floating toolbar used to be.
The toolbar will not reappear until you move the mouse outside of that box.
