Change "Report Bug" to "Report a Problem" in the settings menu

I think maybe problem is too vague a word?? Just reopen the bug if its still not good :p

Re-opened.

It should be "Report a Problem". It is "Report Bug" now :/
Bug is geek speak. And the rest of the desktop has "Report a Problem".
