Bug Description

glmark2-wayland's window is not set opaque.

A way to see this is the jellyfish test: we can see the background behind the window.

If the window is not set opaque, the compositor has to redraw the background behind the window. Since it decreases performance, it would be better to inform the compositor the window is opaque.
