Clean up the interface

This is in the nature of a "wishlist" item, not a bug.

It would be very nice if clipboard items could be individually deleted, if needed. I'm sure we've all been in the position of having to cut sensitive information to the clipboard. As it stands now, that sensitive information can only be deleted by "clearing" the whole clipboard.

It would also be nice if an item could be moved to "snippets" without going through the rather bizarre rigmarole of Plugins -> Highlight -> Preferences to do so. I've actually had to *tell* people how to find that menu so that they could use the snippet feature.
