Bug Description
Currently the setup process consists of disjointed windows. Instead, treat the setup process as a "wizard" or assistant.
Maintain consistent placement of dialog buttons (specifically the cancel button).
Don't open and close multiple windows. Use the same window but change the contents for each step. This gives a feeling of each stage being related to the last.
I would also recommend keeping a consistent title and possibly an icon across all pages of the setup.
Consider the attached screens of the Xcode setup process and how they appear related.

This requires separating the front-end and back-end even more and rewriting the whole UI... I can't work on this until I get someone to make the GTK GUI in something like Vala.
