Bug Description
The following configuration options have to be in glance-api.conf and glance-cache.conf in order to work as expected:
image_cache_driver
image_cache_
image_cache_
image_cache_dir
This creates a major headache for anyone deploying Glance. Let's figure out how to pull these options from glance-cache.conf while loading the image cache middleware in the api.
