[Backport] Add "bochs" as a possible video model

We added "bochs" as a possible video model in bfc7a178e39ba9e79a6706d7c03edc736eca28dd. This could be backported to yoga/xena.

    Add "bochs" as a possible video model

    In Xena, this commit[1] support for the "bochs" video model (the device
    is recommended for UEFI guest), but neglected to update Glance
    documentation. Correct that now.
