Glance metadefs is missing Image property hw_vif_multiqueue_enabled

Glance metadefs is missing Nova image property :
hw_vif_multiqueue_enabled true|false

Needs to be added to:
1 - https://opendev.org/openstack/glance/src/branch/master/etc/metadefs/compute-libvirt-image.json
2 - https://opendev.org/openstack/glance/src/branch/master/etc/metadefs/compute-vmware.json

Add it right after the property 'hw_vif_model'. You can get the description from this glance doc:
