Bug Description

- [x] This doc is inaccurate in this way:

The versions of /etc/glance/glance-api.conf and /etc/glance/glance-registry.conf within the guide both still reference auth_url = http://controller:35357

However, the Indentity configuration guide for Queens no longer utilises this port. The install guide for Glance (Queens) should reference auth_url = http://controller:5000 instead.
