Bug Description

The Installation Guide for Pike version of Glance is missing the MySQL Commands for creating Glance Database and User Grants. This Information is missing in Ubuntu, Suse and Redhat Guide.

Just add some operations in current website. It seems that someone point out this 2 months ago.

At a second look, install Guide in Branches Master and Pike are fixed properly some time ago. It is only a Bug in Current Website displaying old information.
