Install and configure (All distros) in glance documentation

This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into [x] to check boxes:

This version of the documentation is missing the step-by-step instructions for setting up the database and privileges for glance.

Please add:

Create the glance database:

CREATE DATABASE glance;
Grant proper access to the glance database:

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON glance.* TO 'glance'@'localhost' \
  IDENTIFIED BY 'GLANCE_DBPASS';
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON glance.* TO 'glance'@'%' \
  IDENTIFIED BY 'GLANCE_DBPASS';
Replace GLANCE_DBPASS with a suitable password.

Exit the database access client.
