Install and configure (Red Hat) in glance

After install openstack-glance in centOS7,
openstack-glance-api.service

But glance-api may create log file /var/log/glance/api.log by root as owner.
chown glance:glance /var/log/glance/api.log
will fix it

Can you provide some more details about how you did the installation? I believe the RDO distributions create a 'glance' user on the system who owns the service, so the logs should be owned by the 'glance' user.
