Install and configure (Red Hat) in glance is missing database config instructions

This also affects the SUSE, Debian and Ubuntu versions of this document (unless some other parts of their manuals create the database somewhere else). I'm following the RedHat/CentOS manual and it does not create the databases elsewhere.
