Install and configure (Ubuntu) in glance: Cannot parse the password with "@"

Marking as a duplicate of 1695299. It's not really the same, as that one addresses the inability to use a password with '@' in it, while this is to document that inability. But I think the right answer is to get it fixed, then this will not be necessary.
