Install and configure (Ubuntu) in glance: "create a database" section is missing

Only the first step of "create a database" is shown in https://docs.openstack.org/glance/pike/install/install-ubuntu.html

The following commands should be added:

2. Create the glance database:
MariaDB [(none)]> CREATE DATABASE glance

3. Grant proper access to the glance database:
MariaDB [(none)]> GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON glance.* TO 'glance'@'localhost' \
IDENTIFIED BY 'GLANCE_DBPASS';
MariaDB [(none)]> GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON glance.* TO 'glance'@'%' \
IDENTIFIED BY 'GLANCE_DBPASS';

Replace GLANCE_DBPASS with a suitable password.

4. Exit the database access client.
