Fix wrong links

Some docs links have changed. We should update the wrong links in our codes.

Could you be more specific about what URLs need to change, for instance,
http://glance.openstack.org/whatever --> https://docs.openstack.org/glance/latest/whatever ?

It would also be helpful to provide a link to some official openstack document that explains the new URL scheme. Otherwise it's very difficult to determine whether this is a correct change, since at this point, both the "old" and "new" links work.

sometimes both the "old" and "new" links work, but others not.
for example, the old is "http://docs.openstack.org/developer/glance/metadefs-concepts.html", and the new is "https://docs.openstack.org/glance/latest/user/metadefs-concepts.html". They link to different pages.
