Bug Description
The glance-cache service also uses the registry client but some configuration options are not available in the sample config file.
Steps to reproduce:
1) tox -egenconfig
2) then registry_

Add registry_
The glance-cache service also uses the registry client so
also add the configuration options related to the client.
