Bug Description
As the cinder rbd driver the glance_store should support to pass the ceph cluster name to the Rados/RBD driver while initiating a connection. This
will be useful if you have either non-default cluster names or e.g. multiple
clusters setup.

Are you sure about this? I've got my custom named ceph cluster configured with glance which is working fine (in liberty and mitaka)
