Glance uses glance_store from git master

Bug Description

Since https://review.openstack.org/#/c/197766/, glance_store is pulled in from git master. This is so we can have a voting py34 job, but needs to be changed back to a released version when we cut the next glance_store release.

One solution would be to cut a liberty version with Python 3 support
