Bug Description

The current timeout for the image_cache/driver/sqllite is too short. Currently it is 2 seconds. On devstack, it works within 10 seconds (haven't tested smaller values). Either way, this value should probably be configurable.

I can confirm this just by inspecting the code.

This bug won in terms of time, but a bug that duplicates it (https://bugs.launchpad.net/glance/+bug/1362048) has a bit more information so I'm going to mark this one as a duplicate.
