Bug Description

The official documentation to use keystone in Glance API has not information about the auth_version parameter.

- http://docs.openstack.org/havana/install-guide/install/apt-debian/content/debconf-keystone_authtoken.html

auth_version parameter gives the opportunity, to glance API, to specify the keystone API version to communicate with keystone (v2 or v3). If auth_version is not on the glance-api.conf, v2 API is used by default to communicate with keystone.

I didn't find any documentation about how to configure this parameter on Glance API (and maybe on Glance registry).
