Description of problem:
the RFE , on glance's multiple location capabilities, resulted with the option to copy or move an image to another location, but this option isn't available in CLI or UI (horizon), and it should be added.

@Yogev Rabl, currently Glance multi-location feature not support "copy or move an image to another location", so can you explain which option you meaning need be available in CLI or UI? thanks.
